At POPX Makhana, we are committed to delivering your favorite snacks in a safe, timely, and efficient manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our shipping practices, timelines, and related terms.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery may not be available in certain remote or restricted locations. In such cases, we will inform you before processing the order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 12–24 hours (business days).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro cities usually receive deliveries faster, while remote locations may take longer.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to unforeseen delays (weather conditions, strikes, courier delays, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping fee may be applied, which will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via email/SMS.
  • You can use this link to track your shipment in real time until delivery.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery two times. If you are unavailable, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, expired, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or credit coupon (subject to verification).

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India only.
