Refund policy
At POPX Makhana, we strive to deliver high-quality products in perfect condition. Since our products are food-based and perishable in nature, we follow a strict no refund and no cancellation policy.
1. No Refund Policy
Once an order is placed and successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds are only applicable in the rare case where:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
- The product received is incorrect compared to your order.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed. If you wish to request cancellation, it must be done within 12 hours of placing the order and only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
3. Replacement Policy
In case of damage, expiry, or wrong product delivered, we may offer a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability).
To request a replacement, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence of the product and packaging.
4. Non-Applicable Situations
We will not be able to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- Product disliked due to taste, texture, or personal preference.
- Product has been opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery.
- Complaint is raised after 48 hours of delivery.
